Terms of Service
Effective
These Terms govern your use of the (the "Service"), operated by ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate written prompts on bowling-center business topics, based on our proprietary prompt library and any details you provide, for you to use with third-party AI tools of your choosing under those tools' own terms. Generated prompts are produced automatically, vary each time, and may contain errors. Our underlying library is not provided to you.
2. Your account and access code
- Each subscription comes with one personal access code for use by the subscriber. Don't share it or publish it.
- You're responsible for activity under your code. If you think it's been shared or exposed, request a new one from the "Lost your code?" page.
- The Service limits how many prompts can be generated per day. We may adjust limits with notice.
3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable taxes.
- Purchases are sold and processed through Link (a service of Stripe) as merchant of record, which collects payment, calculates and remits sales tax, and sends receipts. Link's terms apply to the payment transaction.
- You can cancel anytime through "Manage billing" in the Service or at link.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. License to the prompts
You may use, copy and adapt the prompts generated for you for your own business's internal use, including the bowling centers you own or manage, and keep using them after your subscription ends. You may keep and use outputs that AI tools produce from them.
You may not: resell, sublicense, or publish generated prompts in bulk; share your access code; use automated tools to generate or collect prompts; attempt to extract our underlying library or instructions; or use the Service to create a competing product.
5. Ownership
The Service, our underlying prompt library, its instructions and its organization are owned by and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. No professional advice
Generated prompts and any output from AI tools are for general business information only and are not legal, financial, tax, safety, engineering, or other professional advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Review all output and consult qualified professionals before acting, especially on safety, legal compliance, and equipment matters.
7. Your responsibilities
Don't enter confidential or personal information (such as employee or customer names, payment details, or exact financials) into AI tools. You're responsible for complying with the terms of the AI tools you use and with laws that apply to your business.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, including code sharing or bulk copying. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
