Refund Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime from "Manage billing" in the library or at link.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
First purchase
If the library isn't right for you, email within days of your first payment for a full refund. One first-purchase refund per customer.
Renewals
Monthly renewals aren't refunded. If you forgot to cancel an annual plan, contact us within days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
How refunds work
Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe) as merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and your access ends when the refund is issued. You can also contact Link support about a payment; Link may issue refunds within 60 days in certain cases.
